Sharing the LOVE of
Amazingly beautiful property
I cannot say enough about our stay at this beautiful home and bungalow. We held our wedding and reception here and it was absolutely romantically perfect. The homes themselves are gorgeous, beautifully, with all the modern pamperings of a spa such as body scrub, pottery barn towels, luxurious linens & robes. They spared no expense.
The houses are completely stocked with EVERYTHING you would need for a wonderful stay including and abundance of linens, pillows, towels, dishes, serving dishes and even pool towels along with laundry detergents, oxyclean, stain remover, fire wood, dish soap (& all name brand), etc.
The fire pit is well made with plenty of room for everyone. We had 16 people at the house and never had want for anything. The hot tub is also in excellent condition and a lovely ending to a fun-filled day. The property is gorgeous with perfectly manicured gardens and paths all lit up with hanging lights as well as battery operated candles on the tables (which all worked). Also the beds.....the beds are extremely comfortable in every room.
My guests had a fabulous time and couldn't say enough about this amazing find.....and don't forget about the charming waterfall and water wheel as well as the grand piano. Now for the property manager, Susie Dickerson. It was such a joy to work with her in planning my wedding. She was accommodating in every crazy way I asked her to be!! We even hired her to cater our wedding and the food was absolutely delicious. As weddings go...something is bound to go wrong; however, my wedding...at this property was absolutely PERFECT.
We had the place for four days and enjoyed the sweet downtown of Hendersonville as well as the waterfalls, hiking, river tubing, and sliding rock. It was a blast for the entire family. You MUST speak with Susie and check out this property. It was such a blessing and we fully intend to come back and visit for many years. Thank you Susie!!!!

Best place for a wedding in Hendersonville, NC!
My wife and I were married in Hendersonville and we stayed at Willow Falls for the weekend. Our reception was held at Willow Falls and we received comments from several of our guests that it was one of the most beautiful receptions they've ever been to! It is the perfect location for a small, intimate wedding reception.
There is plenty of room for guests to spread out, whether on the large patio, around the fire pit or jacuzzi, or on the porches at both the main house and the bungalow.
The houses were immaculate. The "honeymoon suite"/master bedroom was very cozy, with comfortable sheets and a private screened in porch overlooking the patio and rock waterfall. The decor of the living spaces was classy and the kitchen area was very accommodating.
Back to the outside, as a wedding venue the landscaping and backdrop was spectacular. I loved the hanging lights over the patio and the lights that lit the walking trail down below the house. Again, if you are considering a wedding in Hendersonville, the Asheville area, or western North Carolina in general, it is worth checking into Willow Falls FIRST.

Every need fulfilled
This beautiful property was everything we had hoped for and more. I was able to stay here for two nights as part of a small wedding weekend. The decor inside and out was so lush and comfortable. We enjoyed the many gathering and visiting spaces. It was comfortable for all. I loved the unique setting!!
This is not your run of the mill rental property. The house is well equipped for cooking, visiting, relaxing, playing and more.

Great Family Gathering Spot
We rented both houses for a small family gathering to celebrate my mom's birthday and get people together from all over the country. It was a perfect setting and we all really enjoyed the amenities of the houses, the places to hang out inside and outside, the proximity to town and hiking trails in some of the nearby state parks etc.
We cooked several family meals here and the big table inside and the tables outside under the awning were perfect for our large group.
The sounds of the waterfalls and the amazing lighted path that loops around the property were added bonuses, as was the hot tub. The houses worked really well for our group that ranged in age from 20 to into their 70's. Really couldn't have asked for much more, highly recommended and very comfortable for 14 of us staying there and more family visiting from the local area for meals etc.

Willow Falls exudes peace
I have attended several events and have stayed at Willow Falls three different seasons. It never ceases to amaze me, how the beauty, creative decor and general splendor of the grounds takes the world off my shoulders.
The beauty of the place is not only visual but auditory, as the sound of the water falls washes out the busyness in my mind, so I always sleep very deeply. There is plenty to enjoy, I do highly recommend Willow Falls for all occasions whether its an elegant wedding, family reunion or a romantic get away, you will be happy you came.

Willow Falls is my preferred "Go To" place
Our family has stayed at Willow Falls on at least 6 different occasions and all of them have been truly amazing! We love the peace, quiet and serenity the properties always provide. We have stayed in all four seasons of the year and all the seasons offer something wonderful at Willow Falls.
This property is so special and such a blessing every time! We enjoy the sound of the water, the hike through the trail, the lights at night provide such a special atmosphere and the hot tub is so much fun!
We have hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband's 50th and it will always be one of my most cherished memories. We used both the main house and the bungalow to house our out of town family, and it was so great to be able to stay all together. We watched movies, cooked, played games, walked the property and marveled at the beauty and peace of Willow Falls. We are never disappointed, but we do find it hard to leave!! Love Willow Falls so much!!!
Girls Get Away

Pictures do not do this property justice!
There were 9 adults, 5 children, 6 years and under. And, we had both homes. There was plenty of space, all beautifully appointed, indoors and out. All in all, this rental was as close to perfection as it could possibly have been. In fact, we already have return plans.
There are 5 acres to explore. Trails have been lighted, and there is even a swing deep into the woods (just follow the creek). We did lots of things around the area, but the absolute truth is, we could have stayed there the entire 5 days and it would have been a very satisfactory vacation!
The owner has spared no expense with her decor. It's very much like a Tuscan Villa (I've rented those, too!), but better! Hendersonville is a delightful town with something entertaining or cultural going on weekly. And then the restaurants in the area are fantastic (Never Blue - amazing food!).
But, back to the house, the kitchen was a delight to cook in, there were enough plates to feed 50+! Seriously! Washers and dryers (three between the two properties). Nooks to read in, a variety of outdoor seating to easily accommodate our large crowd, luxurious to basic bathrooms, but again, plenty to accommodate.

Far beyond expectations!
All I can say is INCREDIBLY LOVELY! We had family reunion of sorts and someone brought along a friend who happened to be a professional chef! He said that he was a astonished to see such a well-appointed kitchen. We all felt like we were live on the cooking channel!
Because of the season, everything was perfect, in-bloom, and meticulously maintained. Not only were there gorgeous community living areas like the living room, outside deck and hot tub, the bedrooms were absolutely perfect. My husband and I were in the master BR in the main house and felt like we were honeymooning again going to sleep under the stars (skylight over the bed), awakening to the sun rising over the screened porch, and being lulled by the waterfall below.
It was magic! Will we return? COUNT ON IT!
The WOW factor plus some
The estate and houses are even more lovely than the pictures. Our family and guests were awed by the details of the landscape, flowers, the uniqueness of the main house and guest cottage. The personal touches made us so comfortable. Add in a baby grand for music on a relaxing evening and a dip in the hot tub before bedtime, plus the sounds of waterfall and the results are pure luxury.
Willow Falls was exactly what we hoped for in being together for a family wedding. The kitchen had all I needed for entertaining, plenty of beautiful dishes to use and great seating at the farm table. Bedrooms were luxurious and comfy. And the master bedroom's screened porch was perfect for early morning coffee and conversation. Many thanks to the owners for sharing this heavenly place. Susie, who manages the property, was on the spot with answers to all our questions. We look forward to working with her again since our family is eager to return. It IS WOW.

One of a kind
I spent Thanksgiving with my family (10 of us) and could not have asked for a better location. The house is tucked into the hillside and was so quaint and cozy. The waterfall flows in between the house and the cottage. I slept with my door cracked every night so I could hear the water flowing by. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great quality. No detail was overlooked here! Can't wait to experience all 4 seasons at Willow Falls.

We had 6 adults and 3 kids. It is really the perfect setting. I wanted a house where I can be in the mountains but not far away from town. I have never had a back yard area like this one in all the times I have been renting here. I even thought that if I was planning an event I would use this house. The kids loved the stream and you can take walks from the back yard. Close to mountain biking and everything we wanted to do.
— Peter L.
I found Willow Falls to be a beautiful, quiet, serene spot that was close to the amenities of town. I would recommend this place for a family reunion or a quiet get-a-way during the summer or fall. The layout of the facilities is perfect for a semi large group of people who know each other. We had a lot of fun and relaxed for a few days before returning to the mish-mash of our daily life.
The two-house arrangement was especially nice for those seeking some privacy.

We had a magical experience at Willow Falls
We had a magical experience at Willow Falls, our new favorite place in the mountains of North Carolina! We decided to plan a summer getaway for our friends from college and our families. We ranged in age from 4 to 71. Everyone had a great time.
There was plenty of room and diversions for everyone. From the beautiful path through the woods down to the stream, to the hot tub, to all the area attractions, we had so much fun. We felt welcome from the start as we were greeted by the property manager, whose warm personality and great suggestions made us feel like locals coming home.
There were a number of personal touches and a very clean living space. The spacious kitchen and eating area were perfect for our big group. The activities during the day contrasted by the quiet evenings under the stars were all enjoyed.
All our three families, including our teenagers, are excited to return!
I could stay here forever!
My family rented both of these homes for a family get together. It could not have been more perfect! The homes and the land they are on are absolutely gorgeous. The bungalow looks like it's right out of a fairytale. From the way it was cared for to the design of each house, you could tell someone put a lot of love and thought into creating a space that was meant to be beautiful yet comfortable.
It was nice having 2 houses nearby one another so that we had our own space, but were still close by. We were able to eat all our meals together because of the big table in the larger house. The kitchens were well stocked with all the pots and dishes we needed. I've been to a lot of rentals where they leave the really cheap stuff for guests...not here.
The patio lights were so sweet and the hot tub was used a lot. We've already decided we're coming back next year. There's so much to do in the Asheville area that we couldn't fit everything in.

A beautiful and cozy getaway
What a beautiful getaway! The property is so private, and even has its own nature walk with a little stream that goes through the property. The decor is absolutely charming and made me feel like I was really at home. The kitchen had everything that anyone could possibly need to cook for any sized group, and there was more than enough space for our family gathering of 15.
The property manager, Suzie, was super friendly and always easy to get in touch with. As far as cleanliness, as a person who is constantly cleaning in my own home, I felt no need to clean anything when I got here, which is a lot more than I can say for most places on VRBO. Everything was absolutely spotless, especially considering this place is surrounded by nature.
Everyone in my family kept raving about how soft the sheets were, and I'm planning on even ordering some for my home! The amount of love invested in this home creates immediate comfort and coziness.
I wish we didn't have to leave, but I am looking forward to planning our next family vacation here. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful house for all ages as it is such a cozy and romantic getaway. You won't regret it!!
